I see light on a Saturday morning.
I see artwork that has survived two moves.
I see a dining table that doubles as a cubby house.
And chairs that double as pretend bunks.
I see carpet that is seldom vacuumed.
And vertical blinds that drive me crazy.
I see a little boy, who loves to play.
I see a Christmas present, flying in the air.
I see a childhood that is carefree and precious.
I see my son - our third.
I see my home - our fifth.
I see all that we have in one frame: family, shelter, safety, and creature comforts that I hope I never take for granted...
