LIFE:CAPTURED began in August 2013 when we held our first full-day workshop at RAW Space in Sydney, Australia. Our mission is to help people document their stories and create tangible keepsakes to be treasured for generations to come. We offer intensive design, photography, and memory keeping workshops, as well as interactive online classes. We are advocates of honest photography, minimalist design, and memory keeping that's simple, beautiful, and tangible. We are the pioneers of the story book, and we offer flexible templates that enable everybody to tell their story. We believe that life is worth remembering and that it is never too early or too late to start documenting yours. LIFE:CAPTURED was founded by Rhonda Mason (of the Pink Ronnie blog) and Trish Chong (of Tealily Photography).

Unravel Your Photos: Let's start a global movement

Let's start a global movement: Unravel your photos - A blog post by Rhonda Mason for LIFE:CAPTURED Inc (The modern school of memory keeping)

Friends, we’re about to start a worldwide movement.

Our aim?

To inspire people to unravel their photos and bring order to their digital archives - a commonly underrated aspect of the storytelling process. After all, an organised photo library is often the missing link between taking photos and turning them into tangible keepsakes.

To kick off the movement, we are partnering with Artifact Uprising and launching a one-of-a-kind photo organisation boot camp for 12 bloggers and Instagrammers.

The participants of this boot camp will enjoy free access to the Photo Organisation with Lightroom online class and be challenged to take control of their digital photo files over the course of twelve weeks. As part of the boot camp, participants will be asked to complete the lessons and to review how they’re going, either by sharing a blog post or an Instagram post every couple of weeks (with the hashtag #unravelyourphotos). All participants will receive a workshop kit, which includes an exclusive workbook printed by Artifact Uprising and some exciting surprises too.

To apply, please email by Tuesday 7  July, telling us why you’d like to be involved in this movement and what you hope to get out of it. The final group of participants will be selected in consultation with Artifact Uprising and will be announced Wednesday 22 July. The boot camp itself is scheduled to  commence on Monday 24 August.

In addition to the boot camp, we have some amazing Instagram giveaways up our sleeves so make sure you follow along
