In my experience, one of the biggest mental obstacles to journaling is that I usually feel like I don't have the time to do it. However, the heart of the matter is actually that I simply don't make it enough of a priority. The reality is that we all have the freedom to pause, to reflect, and to write the things down that we want to remember.
Inspired by the printables I started creating for Pink Ronnie, I've decided to continue this here on Preserve Your Story. This first one is an encouragement for all of us - for me, and for you - to make the time to stop and to never give up on writing and journaling. The one pictured above is the 3x4 card and the one below is the 6x4 card. Use them as filler cards for your life albums or simply tape them to your wall as a gentle reminder.
The photo was taken by yours truly during one of our family explorations into the bushes up at North Head. It was a grey, rainy day. There was no sky to be seen, but for a few brief seconds, the sun's rays beamed through the clouds, creating one of the most magical frames I've ever captured...
